A lot has happened since my last newsletter. I am proud to say that I have just become a playing artist and clinician for Sonare' trumpets. I am so excited about these trumpets. Sonare' has outdone themselves with two remarkable Bb trumpets....the 800 and 900 series. I am currently playing the 900 and am loving every minute of it. To learn more about this company be sure to check out their website at sonarewinds.com.
You will be glad you did!!

Here's me with my new Sonare' 900 Bb trumpet

Here's the scoop folks. The past few months has yielded some pretty cool stuff. My band Anomaly has been selected out of seventy seven bands to play the Turks Head Fest in West Chester, Pa on July 19th with a rain date of July 26th. I am very excited about this, as I think it will be a blast with a whole day of fun music. We will also be performing on June 7th for Super Sunday in West Chester, which should be an equally cool time!!!

The 2009 Berks Jazz Fest was a blast this year, and also very busy. My group Anomaly had a killer gig at Canal Street Pub and Resturant in Reading, Pa. The crowd that night was unbelievable!!! I had never seen people dancing to songs like A Musical Salute to Iceland, but I saw it with my own eyes that night.

The Berks Jazz Fest Horns also had a bunch of great gigs this year at the fest. We played with Gerald Veasley and the Heads up Superband for a tribute to Stevie Wonder on live TV for Channel 69 out of Allentown. We also joined forces once again with Chieli Minnucci and special EFX, and played Soul Summit II with Jason Miles. These were great gigs, and always look foward to working with these Artists.

Over the summer Anomaly will be doing our usual damage at Union Jacks Inn on the Manatawny. After fighting a noise ordinance, live music is alive and well at Union Jacks!!!!! Please check out our schedule page for upcoming events.

All in all things are good in the world of radtrumpet.com. Thanks again for visiting

Peace out,
